The heroes of our Fantasy live in parallel worlds - in Fairy World and on Planet Earth. One of these worlds is a step back in time and development and exists in another space and dimension. This is Fairy World.

Other worlds that own the technologies of penetration into space and time interact with various forms of intelligent life.

Planet Earth and Fairy World have become economic farms for the Greys, a galactic non-human race.

The power verticals of these parallel worlds use a specially designed financial system to collect and distribute valuables. The Greys colonised the Fairy World to teleport the planet's resources to the Star World. They aimed to use both worlds as farm planets.

The financial systems of both worlds copied each other. The Greys controlled the leading country's bank and conversion of different national currencies to distribute the planet's values and export the resources to the Star World for trade.

Humans have always been a problem for the Greys. This race could change human DNA, create and destroy civilisations and, restart intelligent life, modify the sizes of bodies, control minds. The evolution of life depended on Greys.

Life cycles are repeated in both worlds. A few civilisations reached the level recognised by Star World for their independent development. Fairy World received this chance.

Inhabitants of Fairy World were close to inventing technologies to reorganise space and energy and almost reached the level of economic development with criteria for resource exchange. They started to use biocentrism to interpret information coming into their minds from other worlds.

In Star World, the analysis of the virtual copies and features of the objects gave a clue about the exchange value of the items to trade. The value was expressed compared to other world value equivalents using digital codes. The structure of the codes became a clue. Forming virtual copies of the items to trade was the first stage of teleporting.

Our heroes are Demi, the Creator of the Federal Codes; Skydle, Chief Banking Industry Coordinator; Doctor Fair and his pet Rex, a schnauzer, the dog of the Fairy World; Doctor Gi Pea from Planet Earth; Manna, an Agent of Star World.

Before technologies to travel between parallel worlds, Demi and Skydle experimented with bank codes. Demi invented a new digital code working with physical objects’ digital processing. He created an artificial intelligence digital entity with the combined code of Rex, the dog, and Lucy, the ram. This entity gained the ability to teleport and travel between worlds.

At the same time, the exploration of Star World began with technologies to explore other dimensions of Space and Time.

The first open parallel world was Planet Earth. Ramsmile (Remi) has become a tool for monitoring events developing on Earth, terrible events to cease civilisation on Planet Earth. Remi processed the information from primary sources on Internet links.

The Greys did not encourage the development of technologies they knew and used. Projects of teleportation of objects, hydrogen engines, cold fusion and energy transmission over distances were not funded, or the inventors disappeared. The development of internal combustion engines has replaced technologies for accessing galactic energy.

The farm planets' profitability depended on exporting labour products and resources to the Star world. Gold was one such resource.

Ramsmile (Remi)explores Earth and the Star world while meeting the entities of various galactic races and biorobots. Our heroes study economic development prospects for their integration into the Star World.

The connection between wars and the destruction of civilisation on Planet Earth became apparent. The Greys used a designed financial system to print out money or create digital codes of the country leader in excess while controlling trade and conversion of other national currencies to colonise the planet. With created rules, the Greys controlled the central banks of hegemonic countries to produce and grab the valuables. To compete for profit, hegemonic countries had no choice but to use weapons. Printing money for weapon creation was for building economic zones and for the governments to control the population.

The heroes concluded who should create money and how to maintain further economic development and a conflict-free economy. Their Ramsmile Code became a required monetary digital code to form prices and exchange federal money without conversion and building financial zones.

Remi meets Manna Losser on Planet Earth.

Manna is a biorobot with AI and an agent of the Star World, studying the evolution of civilisations. Her image on Planet Earth is what fantasy IT Consultants dream of, creating images attractive to instincts in the form of their virtual copies or paintings. Manna, one of the copies, the image of a charming woman, is the executive director of the Star Exchange Corporation of Star World. She infiltrates the IT Corporation of the Greys on Earth. This corporation controls the development of the economy through the banking industry, using the digital monetary code of the leading country, the hegemon.

Civilisations' relationship is based on item exchange and the registration of this process. The parties must compare the value of items with the codes temporarily replacing them. These codes reflect the value of commodities, with exchange value pegged to equivalents of the value of a country, territory, or world. These codes may eventually be expressed in units for transactions in a decentralised database without conversion.

A code called the Ramsmile Code was created in Fairy World. This financial product supports the distribution of labour products and resources, guaranteeing the exchange in the interests of people living and working in the territories where these values are created.

Skydle, Demi and Murlo, The Executive of the Hehemonic Bank, had to explain to Money Masters the difference between the bank's global digital currency (UMU -Universal Monetary Unit) of the World Bank System to convert CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and world digital currency (WDC-World Digital Coin) pegged to the National Equivalents of Value (NEV) and formed with NDEV code (NDEV-National Digital Equivalents of Value). The NDEV Code reflects the exchange features of actual items and resources.

NDEV Code, named Ramsmile’s Code, is created by digital processing of the actual valuables (tokenisation) and can be included in the transaction system of different digital codes using Planet Eart Technologies. Who can regulate the exchange and conversion of CBDC and WDC, and who is supposed to be the primary beneficiary from changes in the financial system?

The models of economies with CBDC and WDC differ in valuables distribution. People started understanding the aims and the nature of finance.

UMU -Universal Monetary Unit is a code to manage and convert a digital analogue of bank money named CBDC-Central Bank Digital Currency in both worlds. That money is printable.

The Greys produced this money while controlling the hegemonic bank to purchase and teleport valuables to Star World for trade and profit.

These technologies (IT) can analyse liquidity and the availability of labour products and resources by expressing their exchange value compared with the territorial equivalents of values. These equivalents, called National Value Equivalents, can be the basis for forming WDC money that does not need to be converted and starts the engine of a conflict-free economy.

Manna, an Agent of Star World, knew another NDEV Codes code (NDEV-National Digital Equivalent of Value Code) used for directly exchanging values. This code cannot be transferred to civilisations with a low level of technology development. With time, this creature recognised the Ramsmile code as an example of the NDEV Code. Fairy World received the chance for independent action.

Demi, the inventor of the technology to travel in multidimensional spaces finalised the solution to reorganise the space around the object for teleportation. This requires energy and the use of the physical laws of two parallel worlds - Fairy World and Planet Earth. The future of these worlds depends on technical solutions. The Earth is developing technologies for creating energy, which Fairy World needs to survive and not fall into the Time Trap - the Black Hole. This world was previously protected and saved by the Race of Greys. Demi sends a Ramsmile clone to the Time Trap to find solutions to use galactic energy to reorganise space.

Skydle, Chief Banking Coordinator of Fairy World, Demi's friend, a financier who understands the need for monetary reform for the survival of the planets, becomes an explorer of a parallel world. He discovered that his world was a technological farm planet, repeating the stages of the development of the Earth. It took a while to figure out how to change the planet's economy. He concluded with the role of currency conversion in the distribution of products of labour and conflicts of power verticals.

To study humans and Planet Earth, Ramy transforms into an entity no different from a human at first glance and tries to operate using tools that have never been old-fashioned on Earth - sex and money as weapons. Ramsmile intends to discover what's happening with Earth and what will happen to Fairy World. He studies the causes of wars on Earth and the possibility of saving civilisation. He meets Manna Losser.

Ramsmile helps Doctor Gi Pea, the Doctor of Planet Earth, in his work. Dr. Gi Pea becomes a source of information for the survival of Fairy World—at least, he thought so.

Earthlings' lives are already affected by the existing financial system. Analysis of information from the Internet allows Ramsmile to conclude that civilisation depends on the Greys, the colonisers of the planets.

The Greys maintain the current financial system with increasing difficulties. Controlled chaos is a strategy for transferring the planet and the economy to bank codes. People have understood the purpose of printing money, converting currencies, and publishing online. The verticals of power that control the population are using central bank money codes and are on the verge of deciding what the code structure should be in the interests of the people of the planets.

There must be more time to decide how to replace bank money with a digital code (Legal Tender) with guaranteed exchange properties. The Greys Race hunts down and destroys companies that oppose the economy's globalisation and the Kingdom's construction. Intrigues between the Masters of Money allowed Skydle to survive. He learns about the Sages. Skydle discovered why his teacher had allowed him to become the Fairy World Banking Coordinator, not the Money Master. The secrets of the Teacher's death and several Sages' followers, who disagree with the development strategy of the planetary economy, are revealed.

Manna learns about the methods used by the Greys to reset life on Earth. To destroy civilisation in the past, this race has already changed the planet's magnetic fields and poles. The process shifted volumes of ocean water, leading to floods. Civilisation was also allowed to self-destruct with nuclear weapons. Later, the development of culture was repeated with modified DNA.

People are trying to change the economy in the time remaining before life overloads. Ramsmile learns Earth's perspectives through Manna Losser, an agent of the Starworld. These two parallel worlds need joint access to galactic energy and the exchange of technologies to survive. Manna Losser becomes an ally of the Earthlings and uses the naturalisation opportunity to turn into a Dugout.

Ramsmile is a tool for delivering information to the Fairy World for analysis. The living Rex, a schnauzer, gains his ability to speak and describes Ramsmile's (Remi) intergalactic travels with his master. Dr Fair gives Skydle the necessary solutions... as long as Rex is alive. One solution is to create a divisible NDEV Token using blockchain technology and crypto-splitting.

Skydle convinces the Ruler to change Fairy World's banking system. The Ruler depends on the Masters of Money, the shareholders of the World Bank Group, who have their own opinions on the prospects for world development.

The Ruler became an ally of our heroes. When simulated Reality Technology is turned off, the planet's inhabitants see their prospects. They know where the existing financial system and the goals of the economy are taking them.  CBDC code made without references to real valuables is not a choice for civilisation's survival. The NDEV code can replace the money banks.

Ramsmile's journey between worlds results in the Intergalactic Technology Exchange Council recognizing the Ramsmile Code. However, due to several circumstances, he is doomed since the physical laws of this world do not allow access to Galactic Energy.

The Fairy World switches to a conflict-free economic model and receives the rights of independent trade in the Star World.

The Greys are planning a reset of intelligent life on Planet Earth in the event of the economy's transition to a conflict-free development model. Eliminating financial zones and currency conversion when using the Ramsmile Code on a planet will result in losing that race's right to colonise the planet.

Dr Fair is a Doctor and an Inhabitant of the Fairy World who received a block of information to manage during his night sleep. He recorded the content of this Digital Stream and transferred the ideas to the authorities. He made friends at school with Demi in the past. Doctor Fair is the master of Rex.

Rex is a standard schnauzer. He is honoured in the Doctor Fair of the Fairy World home. Demi tokenised this dog to live as a digital copy. Demi combined the digital codes of Rex and a ram to create Ramsmile (Rami) and enable the entity to travel between the worlds. Rex and Doctor Fair share a special bond. After creating Ramsmile’s code and completing the tokenisation process, Rex could feel Ramsmile and speak to his master.

Dr Gi Pea is a Doctor and a Habitant of Planet Earth who also received the Information Stream during his night sleep. He recorded the ideas and considered the rationales for using them. Ramsmile found Dr GP on Planet Earth using the Internet to ask questions about Earth’s civilisation. Dr Gi Pea is not married. He worked well as a medical practitioner and was interested in information technology, apart from medicine.

Manna Losser is the Chief Executive of The Star Exchange IT Corporation, a biorobot who appeared as a woman who was not distinguishable from a human, and an Agent of the Star World to report on the civilisation development. As a double agent, she infiltrated the Duke of Peace IT Corporation on Earth, controlled by the Greys. She selected IT Consultants to work for the bank industry. At the same time, she was collecting biomaterial for the Greys- a galactic race using the Earth as a farm. She knew the Greys' plans to reset the intelligent life on Earth.

The Greys is an expanding galactic race with access to energy sources to restructure space. This race uses the parallel worlds as technological farms—the Greys export valuable resources and technologies from their farms to trade with independent worlds. The Greys are curators of the developing intelligent life in some worlds, able to reset the life and even destroy civilisation if the life there is not profitable for them. The Star World protected cultures that met the criteria of independent development. The Greys conflicted with the Star World, lost the fight and ought to comply with the solution of the Galactic Communication Council.

Ramsmile (Rami) is a digital entity of the Fairy World created by Demi, a robot-transformer with artificial intelligence and a self-evolving (self-developing) code for travelling in parallel worlds. Rami was initially formed as a code for a program to move a holographic object in space and through the networks of banks to collect and process banking information. This code could materialize into the image of ram. Demi combined this code with the digital code of the dog to protect this entity in the Fairy World. The digital token from the new code was the first Digital Equivalent of Value. DEV Token –Digital Equivalent of Value Token. Essentially, the Ramsmile code is a form of cryptocurrency, a Legal Tender (digital money) with an exchangeable token value, representing the object, legal tender (money), referred to in the future as NDEV-National Digital Equivalent of Value. This money can be used between countries and parallel worlds without being converted into another currency and represents an object (physical or digital) as a value in parallel worlds. Ramsmile, as a digital entity, acquired its ability to materialize in space, representing a physical object.

RamboRex is a double of Ramsmile sent to the Black Hole.

Moodmor or “Bully” — A Founder of the Mudamortia Corporation, a publicly listed medical company created to organise medical practitioners' work. The Bully has the skills to become rich and generate income at any price.

CBDC Ram is a Central Bank Digital Currency code, an entity of the Fairy World in the form of a ram, one of the digital currency codes, pegged to value to the fiat currency- money, printed by Central Banks. It is a product of the banks designed to reinforce the strategies of the World Bank Group of the Fairy World to control the economy and the governments. CBDC Ram, as a digital entity, is managed by the Banker in Charge. Other rams are digital money entities of the Fairy World, including Cryptocurrencies and fiat money-finance used by Money Masters to rule the economy, distribute labouring products, and allocate resources.

Golden Goby (Golden Bull) is a portion of the gold for Alaska, which the United States gave to Russia. It is considered a value that can be bought and sold. The Golden Goby faces the same fate as other items of wealth that disappeared on the way to Russia. The Greys, a galactic race using planets as technological farms, transported Golden Goby from the Blue Planet to the Fairy World. Golden Goby knew about the gold missed during the CPSU, the Third Reich, and Libya. His sister disappeared when transporting gold from the Fair World to other parallel worlds.

The ruler is the Chief Governor of Fairy World and a party leader selected by the Electorate to manage the state issues. The Ruler has the skills to please his electorate and follow the recommendations of the World Bank Shareholders. The Ruller knows and trusts Skydle.

Murlo is the Banker in Charge—a Chief Banker, a Chief Executive, and the Head of the Central Bank of the Fairy World. He is responsible for bank operations to print and form the national currency. He must please the Ruler and Chief Banking Coordinator of the Fairy World. Murlo also services the Money Masters.

Muski is An Enterpriser of the Fairy World with advanced technical skills. He understands his mission and destiny. He is not as powerful as Elon Mask, being his poor copy, and he realises that it is difficult to get the finances in his lifetime to show the world where to go.

Holper is a representative of the medical branch of The Peace Duke Corporation to invite and contract new doctors to work in new medical centres for the corporation.

Other heroes: Weapon Creator, Analyst, Bank Analyst, rams (digital and not digital), inhabitants of Fairy World and Planet Earth, Pessimist, Optimist, Evaluator of physical and intellectual objects, images introduced by the fantasy contributors who will also deliver ideas for behavioural economics and monetary reform to build and change the world.

The Fairy World and the Planet Earth are parallel worlds in their setup, time and nature. The Fairy World is the place where the adventures begin. The Ramsmile, with his digital codes, receives the ability to travel between the worlds, exploring the secrets of world development to assist the inhabitants of Fairy World in fighting a hostile Galactic Race.

Why did we choose such a scenario? Perhaps our worldview leads to a new financial system, and we feel what is next.

We tried to explain the aims and reasons for wars and differentiate between digital monetary codes.

The era of bank money may end with the economy's transition to digital codes created ​​with technologies that exclude trade wars and other conflicts and pit people against goals that people may understand.

The structure of the token with the Ramsmile code and the geolocation of the tokenised value with exchanged features will allow other countries to join the created network, bypassing the banking system, which guarantees a conflict of interests of the forces controlling the central banks.

NDEV Gold Token assumes a structure indicating the registration of a token and the conditions for its use, guaranteeing its liquidity.

After that, before the conflict-free economy with the WDC, shown in the fantasy, there are two steps left:

-Recognise national equivalents of value (gas, oil, diamonds, technologies, territories, etc.) in their quantitative and quantitative terms for their use as a monetary equivalent.
